What gets answered fastest

Corrections.If a specification here is out of date, a warranty term has changed, or a figure does not match the manufacturer’s own document, tell us and include the link. We fix verified errors within seven days and date the correction on the page, per our editorial policy.

Safety issues. Anything about the exposed blade on a mandoline or slicer jumps the queue.

What we cannot help with

We are not a retailer and we are not a manufacturer, so we cannot help with an order, a return, a repair or a warranty claim — those go to whoever sold you the tool, or to the brand. We also cannot tell you whether a specific food processor will survive a specific job, because we have not used it. What we can and cannot say is set out here.
